Privacy Policy

NeatListing is operated by Midwest Gold Exchange, Inc., doing business as NeatListing ("NeatListing", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use NeatListing, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address from your Google account when you sign in.
• Google Business Profile data: when you connect Google, we access the Business Profile accounts and locations you manage (such as business name, address, phone, website, hours, categories, description, posts and reviews) using the business.manage permission you grant.
• Authorization tokens: the OAuth tokens Google issues so we can act on your behalf. We store them encrypted.
• Activity records: the changes you, your team or your AI agents request or make through NeatListing, including who requested them, when, and the before and after values.
• Billing information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• To show your locations and apply the updates you, your team or your authorized agents request, subject to the rules you set.
• To keep a change history so you can review and undo changes.
• To send you approval requests, security notices and service messages.
• To operate, secure and support the service.

Google user data

NeatListing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google Business Profile data only to provide and improve the features you use in NeatListing.
• We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data except with your permission, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when needed to operate the service you requested (for example, support you ask for).
• Data is shared with an AI agent only when you have created that agent in NeatListing and given it access to the relevant locations.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run NeatListing (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and payment processing), with the AI agents and team members you authorize, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Google authorization tokens are encrypted at rest, agent access keys are stored only as one-way hashes, and access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Google at any time from NeatListing or from your Google account permissions. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete your tokens and Business Profile data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your information, revoke agent access, or disconnect Google at any time. Contact us for help.

Children

NeatListing is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will post updates to this policy on this page and notify you of material changes.
