Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NeatListing, a service operated by Midwest Gold Exchange, Inc., doing business as NeatListing ("NeatListing", "we", "us"). By using NeatListing you agree to these terms.

The service

NeatListing lets you connect business listings you manage, such as your Google Business Profile, and let team members and AI agents you authorize request or make updates, subject to rules and approvals you configure.

Your responsibilities

• You may only connect listings you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information and for the actions of the team members and AI agents you authorize, including the rules you set for them.
• You must comply with the policies of each connected platform, including Google's Business Profile guidelines and content policies.
• Keep your agent access keys confidential and revoke any key you believe is compromised.

Prohibited use

Do not use NeatListing to post false, misleading, or fake information or reviews; to impersonate another business; to manipulate rankings in ways that violate platform policies; or to access listings you are not authorized to manage.

Third-party platforms

Listings are hosted by third parties such as Google. They may review, reject, change or suspend listings or edits at their discretion. NeatListing is not responsible for their decisions, and we may pause features if a platform changes or limits access.

Trials, fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed per connected location as shown at sign-up. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any ranking, visibility, or that a platform will accept any particular edit.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeatListing's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or listing suspensions.

Termination

You may stop using NeatListing at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service or connected platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
